This place exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are welcoming and fluent in English, and the food is tasty with big servings. The location is also super convenient, various establishments are walking distance and easily accessible. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. We ate at cafes and restaurants nearby. All your basic needs met in room overlooking street but maintenance is somewhat lacking. Low water pressure, sink does not drain quickly, toilet holder falling off wall etc. manager Wayan delightful.

bang for the buck! Location is good, touristy area, blend of old Bali plus a touch of modern amenities. Service was good. The host, Bob & team, really went out of their way to ensure the stay was comfortable as what a holiday should be. Actually, we were there on a medical reason and the 1st hotel was really down-to-earth local side of town and i had to leave and left my wife and as soon as Bob heard it, he immediately offers a service recovery for her and moved her to a more "touristy" part of the city. This place/area has more than what you need in a resort, f&b outlets, street shopping etc. To make the transition even cute, the staff did a towel arrangement in a form of puppy, oshibori art, nice touch. Overall, hotel owners/staff showed empathy and courtesy.....well done team
