*☆☆☆☆☆* *Excellent hotel and amazing customer service!* *Fantastic customer service* Jessika was the one who greeted me in to the hotel a gorgeous and extremely professional receptionist from Mauritius , she was very warmly confident, understanding and and she painted the perfect picture of the hotel from the get go she deserves a golden star. Also there was a gent from this morning who was also very friendly but Jessika was rememberal for we talked for close to an hour while I waited for money to settle in to my bank account, she deserves a promotion. Rooms are above and beyond in quality and so are the beds and furniture and my apartment included snacks and an excellent air-conditioner , furniture and television and perfect water pressure, hotel was quiet, peaceful and I'll certainly be recommending it to my family and travelling friends . Top quality customer service with staff that go above and beyond. More people need to know about this place as it's not as well know as the Sebel in Mandurah ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would I stay here again? Really happy with the room's size. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was perfect. Amenities were well maintained like new. Very easy to access room from underground carpark. Big balcony. Will definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this location since 2018 and I have liked it. The location, the rooms the people. Served by Jess a couple of times now and she just has great customer service and a heart of Gold. She is always willing to help and her kind of service is what makes a great place, where you feel like "hakuna matata" there are no worries. She always goes above and beyond and her smile says it all. More people like her will make The Sebel West the greatest place to stay in Perth. Thank you. See you soon.

Loved the fact that even studio sized room had washing facilities, and access to carpark was probably the most convenient I have had over many hotels which was great. No wait for lifts was also an afded bonus. Quiet area aswell Pool and outdoor area was nice though slightly more heated pool wouldve been appreciated, though would be ideal in summer months. Overall great hotel, with the main issue being no good food options without a 10+min walk.
