Rooms were a great size, Smart TV fully functional, air conditioning worked, the balcony was great with an ocean view. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. There was a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom - some didn't turn off so we had to shut the door to keep the room dark to sleep. Service was so quick with making up room. The location was also great - walking distance to the beach, food, Big Buddha, South Pattaya viewpoint. The gym was sufficient, the only disappointment was no water cooler and it closed early on New Years Eve - they didn't give a notification of this either. The rooftop pool is also great - the only suggestion here is although the service stops in the area and you can't use the gym or pool after 10pm, that you can still access rooftop to read or sit and watch the stars etc.

I stayed here for 12 days and had a smooth, trouble free experience throughout. The location is great just a short walk to the beach, perfect for sunbathing. The rooftop was a nice bonus, offering a chill space to relax. They host daily events and movie nights, which added a warm, lively vibe to the place. The surrounding area is full of affordable spots, all conveniently close to the hotel. It’s generally a quiet neighborhood, though you might occasionally hear loud bikes or cars passing by. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even offer a complimentary drink upon check-in. The only downside was the air conditioning it was stuck on automatic mode, so I couldn’t adjust the settings to make it cooler or warmer. The rooms were beautiful and large we also had a pretty big balcony.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the city center and the pier for island tours, making it ideal for exploring the city and joining island excursions. The beach is also just 10-20 minutes away, which is great for swimming and relaxation. The room is quite cozy, and the surrounding area has many convenient amenities like a mini Big C, 7/11, and a pharmacy—this was very helpful, especially when I needed to buy fever medicine for my child. The staff is friendly and supportive. However, the food at the hotel is not very diverse; improving this would enhance the guest experience. **Overall:** A good place to stay thanks to its convenient location and friendly service, though the dining options could be better. Would consider staying here again in the future!

Great hotel with excellent service. The bed was amazing and the linens were of good quality. Great breakfast buffet and we loved the location steps from the beach. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool and roof top view was lovely. The pool could use resurfacing as getting worn and old. Other than that very good stay. I would stay here again for sure
