Pros: -Amazing service from all the staff! - Worth every single penny! The breakfast options may not be wide as other Ritz hotels , but the quality of the breakfast is still excellent. Cons : The breakfast room space is quite limited, which is contrary to the number of guests. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get the window side table.

A fantastic stay. This hotel is spectacular, the staff were wonderful, the room was massive with the comfiest bed. Definitely pay for the breakfast, at only 170RMB per person. i wish I were hungrier as the breakfast spread was amazing. Great value for money.

Invited by friends for a meal. Solidly top notch in every detail and category, a wonderful experience. Server "Tracy" dedicated herself to ensuring we had the best possible time. Where did they exceed excellence? I would say in two areas. The food had a pleasing convergence of texture which gave unity to the various dishes. And secondly, the view. It feels shallow to praise something unrelated to flavors and service but it's real.

Stayed here for a week and the rooms / service is top notch. Breakfast spread is pretty big and probably the best if you eat meat. Initially it seemed a bit limited for a vegetarian like me but restaurant Mgr Ada and Nicole ensured chefs made a veggie version of many items that I could eat. Overall I liked this place and will be returning here on my next trip.
