The epitome of style and class, the Ritz sets the standard. I was greeted by the amazing staff as I emerged from my cab from a long trip over. They took care of everything to make the transition from airplane to resting seamless. The hotel is close to all amenities outside, but if you’re a hermit like me … there is no need to leave the hotel because they have it all, fitness center, spa, Michelin star dining and a host of others too many to mention.

Service: We were greeted upon arrival and were smoothly escorted to check-in. As we were checking-in earlier (10AM) that the normal check-in time (3PM), the room was not yet ready so we went out to have a walk. When the room was prepared (11AM), the hotel front desk contacted us via phone and informed us accordingly. Our luggage were delivered directly from the taxi to our room. Location: Walkable to Promenade MRT station and a few malls. However, the walk is not covered. Highly suggest taking a Grab Taxi. There is a pedestrian bridge to walk from Ritz Carlton to Marina Bay Sands Shopping Mall. Rooms: The lobby and rooms were rather well maintained given its last refurbishment was in 2011. However, there are signs of wear and tear that is slowly becoming more visible. One thing to note is that the rooms are not very soundproof as we could hear people in the corridor walking/talking on the phone as if they were inside the room itself. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Had a birthday celebration at colony. Nice atmosphere and cosy place for dinner. Very attentive service staffs. Wide range of foods to choose from! Great experience and will come again!

We recently celebrated Aden’s 8th month birthday with a special buffet, and we couldn’t be more thankful! The service was truly amazing warm, attentive, and made the day feel so special. A big thank you to Chef Adams for the incredible steak with truffles and for the box of macarons for my son it was unforgettable! We’re so grateful for the care and effort that made the celebration truly memorable. ? Thanks to Ely for attending our needs

We chose The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the moment we arrived, Brandon at the Front Office made us feel instantly special. He welcomed us with such warmth, ensured our check-in was smooth, and treated us with genuine care and kindness throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you also to Lavin from Guest Relations, who truly went above and beyond. He personally explained every detail of the hotel – from the incredible facilities, restaurants, to thoughtful in-room features – and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His passion and professionalism made a big difference in making us feel like we were in a home away from home. The room, the view, the attention to detail – everything was perfect for our honeymoon. But what made it truly memorable was the personal touch from the team. Brandon and Lavin made us feel like valued guests, and we’ll always remember their kindness. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special. We can’t wait to come back.
