An excellent hotel close to Buckingham palace. The reception staff Manuela and Carmen were superb, friendly and efficient. The room was exactly as described, the bed was large and comfortable, the pillows were too hard for me but fine for my partner. This is the first hotel I've stayed in where I haven't been able to hear any sounds from other rooms. We had an excellent and very cheap breakfast at the little cafe next door, the hotel don't provide any meals. Victoria station is very close by and there's many shops, eg M&S just around the corner. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Resident Victoria. Our room is compact but somehow manages to feel in cramped. The bathroom is likewise very comfortable and functional. The bed is pleasant. The micro-kitchen was perfect for heating up and eating meals from M&S around the corner. The check-in experience exceeded expectations. Lawrence was friendly and knowledgeable and oriented us to the hotel and things to see around London. I especially appreciated the primer on London public transport. I also appreciated the loan of a pair of plug adapters. The location suited us well. It is surprisingly quiet despite being close to many amenities and a manageable walk to most points of interest.

My daughter and I spent a 2 night stay at The Resident Hotel, Victoria. Ideally situated for Buckingham Palace for the Royal Garden Party on 20th May. Asked for a twin room, which was superb. So very quiet considering that we we're so close to the main road. Large and spotless. Really comfy bed. Bathroom also spotless with Moulton Brown shower gel etc. There was even an iron and ironing board tucked away under the bed. Check in was smooth with the reception staff very friendly and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you The Resident Hotel for making our stay so special.

We had the most wonderful experience at The Resident Victoria during our recent trip to London, and we are especially grateful to Manuela for making our stay so unforgettable. We were visiting to celebrate my daughter’s 11th birthday, and Manuela went above and beyond to make it extra special. When we arrived, our room was decorated with balloons, snacks, chocolates, and even a thoughtful birthday card. The hotel itself is lovely (comfortable, clean, and perfectly located) but it was this personal touch and genuine kindness from the staff, especially Manuela, that made our stay truly exceptional. We will always remember this birthday trip with so much warmth and gratitude. Thank you, Manuela, and thank you to The Resident Victoria team for such a magical experience!

Glad to spend a few days in this hotel. Excellent location that near many places within a walking distance. Victoria station is closer by. It is also close to many bus stations. Quiet hotel with comfortable bed and pillows. These are important factors for a sound sleep after a long day of visiting places.
