A great hotel that sends a bedtime story card every night when the bed is turned on. It's very interesting. The restaurant staff are very enthusiastic and excellent, and the butler is also very serious and professional. The hotel's activity experience is very good, from the children's play center to the outdoor experience for adults. There are also many colorful projects. Learning to make coffee, cooking, cocktails, jungle off-road vehicle exploration, snorkeling activities, yoga, spa are all great. I really like this hotel

Recommended for the parents with toddlers. Been 3 times since 2023-2025. The resort seems better every time I visited. The staffs here are very good with kids. Hospitalities from the staffs are amazing. Mosquitoes repellents everywhere Bed is very comfortable. Room is big and clean Fully soaked in nature The rabbits and farm animals are clean and no smell All the activities equipments are well maintained , clean and new. I feel like just right, well balanced between nature and leisure. We have been detoxing ourselves from city. Foods and activities are same price as Singapore. -Mai-

Great stay, friendly staff, great food, great pool, cute rabbits. Lots of water bottles delivered. Only thing - if you're the "third wheel" sleeping on the makeshift bed in the lounge of a Garden Terrace room, bring an eye mask. The path lights shine brightly through windows surrounding the front door with no blinds. (If you're on the bed proper though, room is nice and dark) But the place is so relaxing you forget about troubles like these...

Residence resort is further away from the terminal than other resorts but the journey is definitely worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean, room was spacious and the facilities kept us entertained in the resort for 5 days. The farm in the resort was a special bonus for many kids as they can feed the rabbits, chickens and fishes. Highly recommended.

Very nice all-inclusive resort. If you, or you and your family want to relax by the beach and enjoy a delicious range of food, including great local ethnic options, and great service. Spacious rooms. Baby and child-friendly.
