Stayed for one night. My sister loved the room. It was well equipped with good amenities. We have no complaints about this place. Too bad we didn't get to enjoy the pool since we do not have the time but overall the stay is good. We paid for our breakfast because we didn't book a room with it. We paid 199 baht each, and for me the selection is good and worth it. The food tastes good.

The Quba Boutique Hotel Pattaya

Great location for central Pattaya, but set back enough that it's nice & quiet. Lots of transport links & there is even a free hotel Tuk-Tuk service for local destinations, which is a nice touch. The staff are friendly & helpful. The rooms are spotless & have a kettle, fridge and safe. Great price too (especially with breakfast included) & I'd happily stay here again.

While the breakfast is great, some of it was cold because it wasn't kept to a better temperature for self-serving. The pool, although it's not big it is not big it was still nice to swim around. It just wasn't cleaned much in a week, and no ladder to get out made it hard to get out and ended up with bruises on my legs. Hazard strips for steps in the foyer were dirty, and the hallway poorly lit at night to see it better. Staff and cleaning service were great and very friendly.

Super difficult to rate! It probably is the most beautiful hotel around, but I would recommend to avoid staying there by all means!

The rooms are so very much Cuban style that you even can hear a pin drop through the paper-like walls; located at a busy street, I just was not able to get a good rest as there in literally no noise protection. As the main purpose of a hotel probably is to sleep there, this hotel really cannot be recommend. Never ever I had such a noisy room: it really felt like my bed was located directly on the open street.

Aside from the noise issue, the hotel and especially the staff, is a highlight! Beautifully designed and decorated, with love to every detail. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. I happily will come back to enjoy the atmosphere at the bar!

while at my stay there were some great aspects, a .few issues made my experience less enjoyable

On the positive side, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent-the rooms and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping did a great job. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to .explore the area

However, my experience wasn't perfect. I paid for a bigger room but was given a much smaller one, which was disappointing. When I raised the issue, the response from the staff wasn't very helpful. Additionally, the pool was a letdown-not well-maintained and not as inviting as expected. The worst part of my stay was the behavior of the bartender, who was extremely rude and unprofessional, which really impacted my overall .impression

Overall, while the hotel has potential due to its cleanliness and location, the management needs to improve customer service and ensure guests get what they pay for. I hope they address these issues
