Friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast buffet. Large spacious and clean rooms. Great location with Lotus grocery store, 7-eleven, Dominos and many eating places in the close vicinity of the hotel. There is a swimming pool and a small gym but the gym is not very well maintained. The treadmill has been out of order since my last visit in 2024

Very low budget and low service. You get what you pay for. Infested with mosquito and if you get a bite...and you will... and it bleeds on a sheet they charge a fee for that of 1000 baht. The food offered is awful unless you like egg shells in your eggs. 1 elevator and if the maids are using it they hold it. You must use the stairs. Definitely not a place that works for repeat business or a good reputation. The building has potential but the employees and management do not.

The woman at the reception desk was a bit rude and not really welcoming.
The rest of the staff was friendly but the room I received was disgusting.
Ac was loud like everyone says but not a big problem.
But the stench stains on the walls and insect eggs,spiderwebs also had disgusting shit stains on the bed and some weird orange stains everywhere.
A lot of mosquitoes+ also insect eggs under the pillow like what the hell.
And even more stains in the bathroom and just a bad experience. I spent the whole night killing insects yeah fun.
And why even have a balcony it was also disgusting with bird shit and cigarettes.
Jesus, how did the hotel even get 2 stars.
I did not try breakfast because why would I?
Location is basically nothing , I can't find a reason for anyone to book a room here.

price and room is ok. only staff someday some people want to be bad mood talk badly don’t know what is working service or service mind ,sometimes can see staff drinking on music so loud in front of hotel not sure is after work or still working but still wear uniform so that make this hotel like not professional.

I recently stayed at the president hotel at chokchai 4, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a king-size bed, but upon check-in, I was given two twin beds pushed together—hardly the comfortable sleeping arrangement I had expected. To make things worse, the bedding was extremely hard, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The hygiene in the room was appalling. The bathroom had visible mold in the corners, and the towels had a damp, musty smell. I even spotted bugs in the room, which made the entire stay uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness.

Breakfast was another disappointment. The options were limited —far from what one would expect from a hotel.

To top it all off, the hotel was not transparent about its pricing, especially regarding penalty charges. Furthermore, there is no penalty list in the room, unlike other hotels. I was hit with unexpected fees at checkout, and when I asked for an explanation, the staff gave vague responses and refused to provide a proper breakdown.

Overall, my stay was a disaster. Avoid at all costs.
