We had a beautiful weekend stay at the Pierre! Everyone was so lovely, & friendly & welcoming. Room service was fabulous, housekeeping was fantastic & turn down service was lovely! The restaurant (Perrine) was gorgeous, food was amazing! The view from our room was to die for! Rooms were super clean, & beautifully organized! Our little one enjoyed his stay, kudos for the availability of the crib for our little one :) all the staff were super pleasant especially when interacting with our son! He especially loved his little gifts of bears upon arrival! ? We will absolutely be back for a longer stay next time.

All in all a very nice experience at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious and the location is great. The staff were also nice and attentive. Granted, we didn’t purchase a Central Park view room, but the only view out of the windows was other buildings. The food also seemed very overpriced to me even for New York.

Had a fantastic one night stay at The Pierre. They upgraded my room when I arrived and the Pierre Suite was gorgeous. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location at Central Park was perfect. When you consider that other similar hotels were charging nearly double the rate, I foundThe Pierre to be both a 5-star experience and a fantastic value.

We had a very nice experience at the Pierre. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The room upgrade with a view of central park was great. We also received a completely unexpected cake delivered to our room for a special occasion. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates old style NY charm and character.
