Excellent location overlooking the glorious Bund and surrounded by a few nice restaurants. Service from most staff was generally good. The concierge and housekeeping were fabulous. Room was well configured with a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom. Pretty good sleep quality as the room has a sliding partition door isolating noise from outside.

The best in Shanghai. Great service. Room is spacious with full functions. Well English speaking staffs. I came here during Christmas period for 4 nights and it was crowded from visitors coming to use hotel services. Breakfast served in the lobby and always have a long queue if coming after 9am.

One of the most luxurious hotels. The quality of service and food was superb. The location is in prime area of Shanghai with beautiful views of city skyline.

Thank you dearest team for the most unforgettable time as a family at your beautiful hotel. The team was so incredibly attentive, personally greeted us and speedy fast got to know our preferences. We didn’t need to tell anyone, you just knew! We truly loved the aesthetic breakfast and outstanding morning matcha. The location right next to the little park, pedestrian street, favourite % arabica coffee shop and the more quiet part of the Bund, brilliant with an active toddler ? Our son loved the music life everyday, such a blessing. A special thanks to Josie, what an exceptional hospitality she’s provided for us three, unique ??? We can’t wait to be back again next year!!
