This hotel is amazing, especially on the service wise. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The location is just right in the middle of the city, easy to access to multi tourist sight by walking distance. Specially thanks to the staff of the hotel, one of the staff named NANCY and other staff which I don’t know their name, they’re very friendly and attentive, high situational awareness included the housekeeper. They provided me with a wonderful stay for 4 nights. Will definitely return to this hotel if got any chance. Highly recommended

Had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the lake. We chose a room with a view of the church, and it was both quiet and beautiful. The church lights up at night and looks absolutely magical from the window. Would definitely stay here again!

This is hands down my favorite hotel in Hanoi! Most of the city’s major attractions are within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of delicious local eateries right around the hotel. Even though we arrived in the middle of the night, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and personally escorted us to our room. The breakfast was amazing – a huge variety of options, including almost all the must-try Hanoi specialties. (Just a heads-up: breakfast service ends around 10am.) When we first entered the room, there was a slight odor, possibly due to the room layout or window position. However, after we gave feedback, the staff took it very seriously and responded promptly – it didn’t affect our stay at all and we still had a wonderful experience. Upon check-out, the hotel arranged a very comfortable private car to the airport. The price was about the same as Grab, but with none of the extra tipping hassle that some Grab drivers in Hanoi tend to impose. All in all, this hotel is a gem – definitely one of the best I’ve stayed at in all of Southeast Asia!

Located in a very convenient location. Accessible to the church and the lake in just 3 minutes walking distance. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well with mouthwatering variety. The view from the rooftop swimming pool was stunning. The most impressive experience was the service. All staff spoke good English and provided excellent service. We stayed two nights and moved to another hotel nearby. They assisted us to send our luggage to the other hotel after we checked out which was exceeded my expectations. Thanks for Hannah from front desk and Brian, the manager who made our stay very fruitful.

Every interaction was pleasant, and it’s clear the team is dedicated to providing a top-quality guest experience. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how well everything was maintained. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool — it offered stunning views and was a perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast buffet was another standout feature, with a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. It was fresh, flavorful, and a great way to start the day. Overall, The Oriental Jade Hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
