The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, room service everyday so clean towels and sheets daily. Inclusive breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The Spa was amazing, so relaxing and friendly, Merry was extremely welcoming and friendly and the massages were divine. Will definitely be back again very soon

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel in Bali that boasts a fantastic location, great facilities, and a modern ambiance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were well-designed, and the overall amenities matched the expectations of a well-rated hotel. Its central location makes it convenient for exploring Bali’s vibrant beach scenes and nightlife. However, despite the many positives, my stay was affected by significant noise issues. We were placed on the ground floor, where sound insulation seemed to be a serious problem. Noise from adjacent rooms and the floor above, such as furniture being moved and toilets flushing, was clearly audible throughout the night. The sound of luggage being wheeled and housekeeping carts passing by the hallway added to the disturbance. Additionally, the outdoor communal area near the rooms often had groups of people talking loudly or watching videos on their phones late into the night, which made it difficult to get proper rest after long days of exploring. While a minor housekeeping oversight, uncleaned coffee cups after service, was easy to overlook, the lack of quiet during the night significantly impacted the comfort of our stay. For travelers seeking restful nights, especially after active days around Bali, this is an important factor to consider.

Rooms are clean but small. They only had one outlet on one side of the bed for charging phones. They don't have spare blankets or pillows if you need more. Staff is very nice and the morning breakfast is excellent! Location is great with tons of great restaurants and your about 15 minutes from the beach by car.

Stayed at The ONE Legian Hotel for a few nights—overall a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a strategic location, right in the heart of Legian, making it easy to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The pool area is definitely a highlight—nice size, clean, and a good place to relax after a day out. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Rooms are decent, though could use a bit of an update for a more modern feel. Soundproofing might be a concern for light sleepers given the busy location. Overall, if you’re looking for a well-located hotel with a nice pool at a good value, The ONE Legian is a solid choice for your stay in Bali.
