Excellent location and beautiful hotel. The lobby and interior is expansive. The pool area is nicely shaded between the two hotels, so the water was very refreshing. The room had ceilings at least 12 feet high and was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The service was impeccable. The complex has many excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping. Security is omnipresent.

Amazing service with extremely helpful staff. The ambience is excellent, and the rooms are cleaned and refreshed promptly and multiple times a day. Excellent value for the price as well, and great pools, with a large selection of mostly good restaurants - although we did get food poisoning when we ate at Ziya.

Absolutely outstanding experience at The Oberoi, Mumbai. From the entrance security to the front desk, restaurant staff, and room service—every team member was exceptionally professional and welcoming.
