The Nice Hotel

On January 25, 2025, I was looking for accommodation in downtown Krabi and came across this hotel. I asked the receptionist if there were any rooms available for 6 people, and there were 2 rooms left. The lady staff (Name is MO) who was on duty made every effort to assist us in securing a room for the night. I would like to express my gratitude to her for her excellent help and service.

RUN! Had cockroaches in the bathroom (which smelled like urine), ants in bed, room wasn’t cleaned for a decade and overall the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. The receptionists were friendly but there wasn’t a single thing they could do (after 1 night I got another room but it had the exact same conditions , that’s how I know that all rooms are like this). Save your money and nerves and look for another hotel.

The nice hotel is not so nice hotel at all for all of you that is booking online and coming to checkin in buckle up they wil say they don’t see it or they say they are not partnering with  the company we booked and deny your checkin becz that’s what happens to us . No support from the front desk and rude behaviour

We paid 999 baht for the room.
For the price you couldn't really complain about the room. It was large clean,  bed was clean and comfy. Room was quiet.
There was a small fridge which didn't work.
Parking is limited to public parking in front of the property but we had no trouble parking.
We opted for the hotel breakfast which wasn't the best, instead visit the market across the street for dim sum breakfast.
One thing that particularly stood out was the fact that my wife found an ant in her instant coffee, she asked for a replacement but clearly they just scooped the unfortunate ant out and returned half a coffee. Very poor.
Krabi Town centre about a 10 minute walk.
Overall, ok for a layover but not for an extended break.
