I couldn’t recommend more, St. Regis Macao rocked! Professional service with Asian hospitality at its best and headed by the best GM I have met, Mr. Dauglas. His team was a solid performer. We hosted an event for a few days here and Ricky took care of our guests from checkin to checkout and Coco was taking care every FB needs we had. She was there before, during, and after every meal our group went around Macao. I started thinking she must be a higher dimensional being to be able to pop in and out anywhere in Macao. We were very happy and totally satisfied. The service was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, clean and fresh, everything was functional with St. Regis elegance. Enough said, you’d be happy. Location - attached to Londoner mall and bridges to other shopping malls in Venetians and the Londoners housed a few Michelin starred and guide restaurants.

The butler’s team and the lady at reception was phenomenal in making this an enjoyable experience . Even the bell boy Chris was a pleasant surprise and make sure you feel welcome . The quality of service with the exception of the Manor (which on the other hand was a total flop) is world class and above and beyond of many five star hotels . We are here for our anniversary and their preparation and attention to details was impressive . The room is spacious and comfortable . They even have an audio and aromatherapy system in the bedroom where you can choose between eucalyptus, vanilla and others for relaxation . They have a pillow selection and the bed and pillows are just so comfortable . Previously also stayed at the St Regis in SZ . While the software and service there was completely lacking the Macau branch service quality makes this phenomenal and comparative to top notch hotels in the Maldives. Will definitely come back. If it wasn’t for the awful food and shitty service and reception at the Manor this will be a hands down 5 star. Will definitely recommend staying here.

The Party of Richard J Lee and Judy Ng from the United States, California Thoroughly enjoyed our stay situated in their beautiful Presidential Suite.. We must thank Gigi for taking care of all out hotel stay needs. This year experiencing the Presidential suite was a Joy. Its 3 separate bedroooms with separate Baths, Karoake Room , Massage Room , separate kitchen and dining room was just fantastic. The Staff assigned to care of our In room needs were awesome, very hard working and polite. They made our stay enjoyable and Pampered. As they say , fit for a King !! or perhaps a Sultan. The In Room dining was very reasonably Priced, and great kitchen area. We plan on staying at the St Regis Macau again in the future.

Amazing service. All team members made our family feel very welcome at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and food was very good. All the staffs were just outstanding with special mentions to Patrick (who helped us deal with the room problem), Phoenix (who were so nice to the kids) and the private dining team (who really went the extra mile for our meal). We cannot wait to return!

I have stayed almost 1500 nights at Marriott properties. This is one of the best in the world. Rooms were beyond my expectations, bed was perfect, service is beyond top notch. Breakfast buffet was as expected for this level of a property in Asia. Gym was perfect for anyone’s daily needs with high end equipment. Gym locker room had great little sauna, steam and perfect size jacuzzi. I will be back!!!! Great job to the staff and management of this property… You guys set the bar for the rest… congratulations!!!!
