I think I stayed in 304(?) for a few nights and also at 201(?). 304 was the standard room with no windows. Room 201 was about 300 baht extra for a larger room and a window without a view. The room with the window was louder with random street noises, whereas the standard room was fully sound-insulated. Both rooms had kitchenettes and a mini-fridge. They also have a small bar downstairs, but you can also walk 3 minutes to either of the two 7-11s nearby. Location is within walking distance to three different subway stations as well as Terminal21. But if you want to go somewhere fast, especially during rush hour -just get a Grab moto-taxi. All the staff were extremely friendly and nice. They also have a scale in the lobby in the case you need to weight yourself or your luggage I guess. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and also the food court at terminal21. I highly recommend the food stalls adjacent to the post office a couple blocks away for an early thai breakfast/snack.

I stayed this hotel bout 6days, the location excellent, walking distance around 3-5minutes can reach BTS & MRT station. And the staff very helpful n kind, I realized that I forget my phone after I check in at airport, so they tried to help me send the parcel to me. Really appreciate it. Give a lots of help. Will visit again when I return back to Bangkok Great location ,great staff, great hotel.

Very strategically located near just about anything one can ask for. Terminal 21, BTS, MRT isn't too far away, street food stalls are all just outside the hotel, along with fancier, pricier eateries if that's what you want. There's even a laundry shop nearby! Last but not least, tons of massage parlours for you to choose. The room itself served its purpose. Bed was alright, but the showers was either too hot, or not hot enough. And the angle of the showerhead can make the toilet wet. The streets can get somewhat noisy at night. Staff was attentive although they don't replenish your toothpaste.

MIX REVIEW! Keep reading if you are scare of bugs! The location is very good for it’s price, just a walk away from Terminal 21, BTS, and MRT. Outside of the hotel there are tons of massage places, food vendors in the morning and night, many places to eat (cafes, mcdonald, etc). The only thing that turns me off is that we encountered cockroaches not once but twice on the same night. We discovered one at 10pm, we called the receptionist and it took us 2 tries no pick up, few minutes later they called us back. Mind you since its in the middle of the night there’s only a bellboy on duty, he came to our room with his broom no baygon on sight, after 10minutes finding and the cockroach kept escaping, he finally went to get baygon. After 5-10more minutes of not being able to find it, he just gave us the baygon. After the ordeal, I went down to check if there’s any other room available for the night as clearly there's a cockroach inside the room. While I was discussing the option, my husband came down to tell us he managed to killed it. So bellboy came up and sweep it away and cleaned up the mess. After a quick massage outside we came back around 12am, just to find another cockroach in our room! Worse now its on the cups and utensils.. AGAIN, calling the bellboy and this time he killed it and agreed to offer me a permanent room change. As during the first round they wanted us to spent the few hours left of our night in a larger room then move back in that original cockroach infested room. But after the second encounter they agreed to let us stay our remaining 1.5 nights in the only room available which is an “upgrade to the suite”. When we first entered the suite, yet again I found a DEAD BABY COCKROACH. At least this time it’s dead. I did tell the receptionist the next morning and request for a deep clean for the room when we went out in the morning. I appreciate the service recovery with the room change, but the moment we were left with the cockroach (to hunt on our own) and no offer to change room even if its temporarily was not a good impression for me. I don’t blame the bellboy because he had no authority to make decision on the room changes. But it was clear that the hotel needs to do a massive pest control. At first I had thought to book this hotel again but after this encounter it’s really a NO for me unfortunately. Facility wise it was a standard hotel, the faucet, toilet, furniture is on the older side, so sometimes you might have a bit of a clogging issue when showering due to the drain being a bit faulty. Bedsheet are quite old with some wear & tear visible, the mattress was quite old as well (can feel the spring started to come out causing me some backache). But for a 3 stars hotel its very clean, other than the smell of cigarettes in the lift and some of the hallway which also went inside our room.

Room 308.. A bit old forniture but 100% clean.. Water pressure in bathroom very good and water very hot i liked it.. Hotel location is perfect
