Initially, I faced some issues with the pre-check-in, but all was well after the staff resolved them. It was also a nice personal touch for the manager, Shawn, to greet me in person at the reception. The heritage room was spacious, and I enjoyed the blend of modern design with the traditional architect. The bed was comfortable and the pillow was big and fluffy. I like that they use quality linens, which elevated the entire sleep experience. The shower gel and shampoo was from diptyque, and the scent was pleasant. It was also great that a stool was provided inside the shower area. Staff was courteous and made guests feel welcome. Special mention to the female staff who made my room (sorry did not catch your name) and Yu Yang, thank you two for the hospitality and for making the rooms inviting. Overall, my stay was a pleasant one. Keep up the good work!
We stayed here for a week. The building is amazing. Tastefully turned from historic building to beautiful hotel. The rooms are large and decorated in line with the historic building. Staff are brilliant and could not do enough for us during our stay. We ate in the restaurants and the food was great also. In terms of location its great for access to all the key sites. The Merlion is across the road with a range of facilities and restaurants in walking distance. Boat key is a short stroll down the river. Its a great location to view the marina bay sands nightly light and water show. The MRT station is short walk so you can actually get the MRT from the airport to the hotel on the green line. Airport to raffles place station. You can easily get to other locations from here such as gardens by the bay and orchard street shopping. We will stay here again as we loved this hotel and its 5 star standard.
I recently spent a week at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, and I highly recommend it. I had a Quay Room with a great view overlooking the hotel pool, the river and the Asian Civilizations Museum. The room was well soundproofed, so I didn't hear any outside noise. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive. The room amenities were very high quality (think Nespresso coffee machine and TWG tea). But the filtered water tap in the room was a game changer to keep on top of hydration without amassing lots of water bottles. The buffet was comprehensive and offered Asian, local and Western dishes. If you ever wondered what pandan tastes like, try a small pandan muffin at the breakfast buffet. You'll be searching for pandan cakes and muffins the rest of your time in Singapore! Speaking of cakes, the lobby has a great cake boutique where one can order a piece from any number of luxurious looking cakes. The hotel is centrally located in a thriving downtown/business district, and within walking distance to numerous museums, Merlion Park, Chinatown, MRT stations, etc. One little known feature of the hotel that I stumbled upon was an underground pedestrian tunnel between The Fullerton Hotel and its companion property, Fullerton Bay. The next time I'm in Singapore, I look forward to staying at The Fullerton Hotel!
I just celebrated my birthday at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and I am greatly impressed. When I first checked in, I was attended to by Christine and was given a very warm welcome. Upon learning that I was there for my birthday, she made every effort she could to ensure that my stay was an amazing and pleasant one. She took the effort to try and accommodate to our requests, and even brought us up to the assigned room to see if we were happy with it, and would try her best to change it if we wanted to. She also sent up a complimentary chocolate cake which tasted amazing. Throughout the whole process, she attended to us with very good and attentive hospitality. The rest of the stay was great as well. The room was clean and spacious, the gym was also pretty well equipped. We had brunch at the Town Restaurant and the food and service there were top notch as well. Overall, I would definitely return and stay with The Fullerton Hotel again :)
I recently stayed at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel has a beautiful ambience with a refined, heritage vibe that adds to its charm. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, and the service throughout was consistently warm and attentive — the staff really went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The buffet was impressive, offering a wide and delicious variety that catered to all tastes. Definitely one of the highlights! That said, one of the elevators was out of order during our stay, which led to longer wait times and some crowding in the lobby — a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent experience. Would definitely recommend The Fullerton for its atmosphere, service, and great location. Looking forward to returning!
