Really luxury hotel with friendly staff and beautiful view! Everybody at reception, housekeeping and security was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a luxury feeling, the rooms are so beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. We had a very nice room with a beautiful view. There's a bar on the rooftop, an infinity pool with a wonderful view and a sauna. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back.

I initially wanted to give the hotel four stars, but the staff were so helpful and provided such excellent service that I couldn't reduce my rating. I stayed in the largest room, which was nice and spacious. However, the bed was not very comfortable, and I noticed ants near the kitchen and occasionally in the bathroom. The cleaning service was good, but they kept removing the key card and turning off the air conditioner. As a result, there were times when I returned to a hot room. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, featuring a nice pool and sauna. However, the gym is small and lacks a complete set of equipment.

From the moment we arrived at the award winning Elysium Residences Pratumnak Hill, Pattaya, we were impressed. While the eye catching hotel and residences are securely located behind a gate, we were warmly welcomed by the security guard, quickly checked in by the front desk staff and the bellman jovially assisted us up to our room with our unusally large amount of belongings. True to the gleaming depictions that attracted us to reserve our stay, the lobby, roof top pool, gym and Hermes Sky bar areas, along with their views of the Gulf of Thailand are stunning! Our room is thoughtfully and beautifully appointed. A big plus is that the mattress is very comfortable, not rock hard like at most Thai hotels. We are currently exploring the possibility of living in Thailand, thus traveling around scouting out a potential new place to call home. Although we had reserved only three weeks and intended to move on, we so enjoyed our stay that we decided to add an additional month. While the amenities, our incredible ocean view room and comforts are all desirable, the biggest draw for us to extend our stay is our connection with their incredible staff who made us feel right at home. The management team are accommodating, committed to meticulous upkeep, the dedicated housekeeping staff are attentive without being intrusive, the bartenders are fun and personable. Without a doubt, the team at The Elysium is striving to provide a place of ideal happiness as their name implies. Whether you would like to visit for a few nights, weeks, or even purchase a unit here, we highly recommend The Elysium Pratumnak, Pattaya! Not to mention the rooftop bar is the place to be to ring in the new year, with vistas of the numerous surrounding fireworks.

I stayed at The Elysium Pattaya for 10 days in a seaview suite. It was a great experience. The room was spacious, modern and had a stunning view of the ocean. Everything about the hotel felt luxurious. The skybar was a nice place to unwind, with good cocktails and a super friendly bartender. The location in the best part of Pratumnak, close to great beachfront restaurants and in a quieter area compared to Pattaya Center, which is just a 10-minute Grab ride away. Perfect if you want some peace but still easy access to the city. A solid choice for a comfortable and well-located stay in Pattaya.
