A great hotel with a great location and helpful staff. But have in mind that you’d better avoid booking the garden wing( pool view or garden view). Sea view and city view rooms are really spacious and better maintained. Breakfast is really satisfying and the lobby is very antique and authentic. You can play 8ball at the hotel bar for free and order great cocktails. The hotel lights are dim and makes the hotel really warm. Stayed here twice and will stay again in the future. The hotel has two entrance one from the beach street and one from the main street.

Great hotel. Close to the beach and the center. Large, clean, fully equipped rooms. Great view of the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty food and a large selection of dishes. This hotel has the best pillows in the world, I slept like in paradise. Thank you for a nice rest.

The hotel staff was very helpful and specially Amy and Eye. My mother had knee surgery and they both made sure that she had best comfort throughout the stay... The ambience of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable with a large led screen and Ocean view from the room itself... The swimming pool, the billiard room, the lobby and were outstanding. The location of the hotel is superb with central pattaya mall within 200 metre and beach rd also at 2 min walking distance... Overall a stay one could remember over the years.... Eagerly waiting for my next trip to stay with Bayview...

Their reception staff Mini and Eye are best in addressing guests concerns. AC Water was leaking in of our room and they(Mini and Eye) involved and sorted issue by changing the room immediately. Ask for sew view rooms while booking. Only English breakfast and not much of Indian spread.

Nice, clean and comfy room with a beach view. Very close to the beach and Central Festival Pattaya shopping centre. Breakfast buffet has wide selection for international food. Staff are polite and helpful.
