This is a fabulous place for the weary traveller to stay. Location wise it's near to everything, bars, restaurants, takeaways, convenience stores. It's all here. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. Can't think of anything untoward about the place. A fine hotel.

Lovely place to stay! We booked one of the hostel rooms for three girls and were upgraded to a private room which was a lovely surprise. The room was lovely, super spacious and clean. We were provided with bottles of water each day. The staff were lovely, very kind and caring. The only issue we did have was the shower, the smaller head of the shower didn’t stay on properly and the over the head one covered the whole shower so there wasn’t really an in between. Apart from that we had a really lovely stay. Would recommend!

Stayed her twice! No issues...the room was clean both times and the bathroom is nice. First time the bathroom wasn't as clean as it was the 2nd time. 2nd time the bathroom seemed a lot fresher and smelled really good! The food in the restaurant is VERY VERY good and I ate there all 4 days I stayed at the hotel. Customer service is great, no issues!

During our trip to Phuket, we stayed at The Arbern Hotel x Bistro, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks to its central location, we were able to easily reach the Old Town as well as many nearby restaurants, cafes, and markets on foot. This was a huge advantage for us, as we didn’t need to rent a vehicle to explore the area comfortably. From the moment you enter the hotel, the modern and minimalist design stands out. Everything is tastefully furnished and cleanliness is clearly a top priority. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the in-room amenities such as the mini-fridge, kettle, and complimentary tea/coffee were more than sufficient. The bathroom was clean, and complimentary toiletries were replenished regularly. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. The reception and all team members were friendly, helpful, and highly professional. They were always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. Their suggestions for places to visit, transport options, and dining spots were especially helpful. The bistro on the ground floor is, in our opinion, above the average standards for Phuket. We enjoyed delicious coffee, freshly prepared meals, and a relaxing atmosphere — it quickly became our daily go-to spot. That said, there were a few small issues in the room that could be improved. For instance, there was no power outlet near the bathroom sink, and one side of the bed didn’t have an accessible plug socket either. Additionally, both the deluxe room and the one with a terrace lacked a full-length mirror and a luggage stand, which would have added to the overall comfort. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at The Arbern Hotel x Bistro. Both the hotel and bistro provide excellent service and great value for money. If you’re looking for a centrally located, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Phuket, we would definitely recommend it. It’s certainly a place we would consider staying at again on our next visit to the island.

Amazing hotel. Most pleasant stay so far in Thailand. Just a few mins walk from old town Phuket. Amazing staff. Hok ( apologies if wrong) the hotel receptionist was extremely helpful, when booking excursions, and also got us amazing deals!
