We couldn't fault The Albert and its fabulous staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect! The attention to detail was the best that we have ever encountered and just beautiful. Breakfast was 10 out of 10! The whole experience was wonderful. Our new favourite place to stay. Communication was also fabulous. We will be back!

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. It’s new, it’s very well thought out in terms of layout and amenities. Full accessibility for any access accommodation needed is truly wonderful. The designer of this hotel thought of everything, heated floors in bathroom, accessibility concerns, lighting, auto blinds in room and the list goes on. All this for a very very reasonable price for the location.

My wife and I stayed at the Albert along with a number of family and friends for our wedding in September last year. The hotel has a wonderful boutique charm to it, the rooms are stunning and the staff were incredible. Highly recommended, we loved our stay in the bridal suite!

This is our second time staying at The Albert Hotel, and our experience has been just as memorable as the first. The first time we booked, it was only for an overnight stay. We just wanted a quick weekend getaway and to check the place out. We chose this hotel because it’s less than 30 minutes from Manly. We didn’t want to book directly in the Manly area as it was more expensive and crowded due to the holiday break. The Albert Hotel gave us exactly what we needed: peaceful relaxation away from the city and the busy beachside area. I especially love their comfortable beds and soft bathrobes. This time, we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and my husband surprised me by booking a heritage deluxe suite with a balcony view. We truly appreciated the warm and helpful customer service, and the included breakfast was very filling, and the chef was so friendly, even taking the time to chat with us and ensure we were delighted with our meal. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with an iron and a hairdryer in the bathroom. We also enjoyed the bathtub, and were surprised by the complimentary champagne they offered. As soon as you open the door, you’re welcomed by a lovely fresh scent. The Albert hotel is very clean, and everything feels well looked after. The staff were amazing — friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A really pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
