Great price for an excellent room! The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and the beach just a 25-minute walk away. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Yuli assisted us from the beginning and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. However, the rest of the team could use more training to improve their initiative and overall service. Still, a good stay overall!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at The 101 Fontana in Bali! From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of genuine Balinese hospitality. The hotel truly shines when it comes to its services, and I'm already looking forward to recommending it to all my Australian colleagues. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean. It was evident that the housekeeping staff takes immense pride in their work. Each day, I returned to a fresh and tidy space, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I particularly want to commend Ouka, who was so attentive and ensured everything was just perfect. Even Rani, who I understand is a trainee, was incredibly diligent and helpful, always greeting me with a warm smile. Beyond the individual efforts, the overall staff at The 101 Fontana created such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, during breakfast, or simply passing in the hallway, was met with genuine warmth and a willingness to assist. It's clear that the entire team is dedicated to providing a high standard of service. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire hotel was also impressive. The common areas were always spotless, contributing to the overall pleasant ambiance. For any of my Australian colleagues planning a trip to Bali, I wholeheartedly recommend The 101 Fontana. The exceptional service, particularly in room cleanliness and housekeeping, truly elevates the entire experience. Spent our special days in this hotel and feel happy for their services. We got a room upgrade that gave us pool access, better view and another level of cozyness. All the food we tried tasted great; lunar new year snack, breakfast menu, and mushroom pizza. Would love to come back again another day.

We had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at The 1O1 Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, the atmosphere inviting, and the entire experience was simply wonderful. A special shout-out to the lovely Suci at the reception, whose friendliness and cheerful demeanor made every interaction delightful. Ata from housekeeping truly impressed us with her attention to detail and the sweet, smiley notes left in our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. It's clear that the hotel takes great pride in making guests feel special, and it certainly shows. If we could offer one small suggestion from the heart — it would be wonderful to see a few Indian dishes added to the menu and perhaps a complimentary breakfast option, considering the growing number of Indian visitors who would love that touch of home. Although it's out of the way a little,we were still able to walk around the street and find plenty to do. The staff were friendly and helpful in whatever you needed. Room was big enough with plenty of space so you weren't squashed. The hotel itself was amazing,such lovely grounds so manicured. Food there was so much choice ? so sometimes hard to decide on what to have.
