If I could describe our stay there in one word, I would use the word dream! This is a wonderful and luxurious hotel with warm and pleasant pools. The rooms are pleasant but a little old and there is also a smell of sewage from time to time and this must be taken care of. Other than that, the place is perfect! The breakfast is very good and varied. All the service providers there provide a unique experience and an extraordinary feeling. I would especially like to mention Mr. B.boy from the reception area who never stops running and helping with everything. He is so nice and so professional! Well done!

My family and I recently stayed at the Thavorn Palm Beach Resort. The rooms we spacious, we stayed 5 nights in a family deluxe then our rest of our stay was in a adjoining room which we preferred as our 2 boys enjoyed the king size bed. Buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of variety to choose from even with a little picky eater. We met Eddie during our stay and he always greeted us with a smile and gave us some great tips on places to see and things to do. Eddie you are an asset to the hotel and they are lucky to have you.

We have enjoyed our time here. The rooms are the best: clean, our every need met by supplying travel extras like toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo, lotion & body wash. The staff is great especially Eddie. Eddie has been very helpful with everything & he is very personable looking out for our every need. We spent time in the VIP Lounge while waiting for our driver to pick us up for our tour. We liked being able to schedule our extra activities right in the hotel lobby. Milky & Chris were very helpful with the activity scheduling. They are both great workers. The bellhops are great. The gardens are beautiful. The pools are refreshing. We've enjoyed the Sweet Shop & Coffee Time. The Caio Pizza Restaurant & Ocean Time Restaurant both have excellent food items & drinks The pizzas were very tasty. The sea bass meals were superb.

Eddie was a good greeter and cut up really good mango for us. The restaurant staff was very helpful and nice. The food was perfect. When we came back to our room after they cleaned it, the room looked really professional, and she left clean towels on the bed without us asking, which was really helpful. The garden looked really good, the flowers were really pretty and colorful. The history of this place was really noticeable. The waterslides were really fun to go down. I loved the birds. They were really pretty and made me want to stay longer than what I had planned to stay. Overall, this is a really nice place to stay at.

We loved our stay at Thavorn Palm Beach! Our kids loved the water slides, petting zoo, and kids daily crafts. The customer service at the resort was exceptional. In particular, Eddie was phenomenal. He was so friendly, hospitable and kind. He went out of his way to help us feel comfortable and he was great with our kids! Film was also amazing. She was so friendly and kind. She helped our kids with the craft projects and while playing at the water slides. Our kids LOVED her. She even went out of her way to make our kids crafts on the day we missed the craft session and then she found them to give them to them. They were so happy. Overall a great resort and the staff are wonderful!
