Perfect spot to learn kite surfing. Instructors are patient and understanding, very supportive and knowledgeable. I felt very safe and in good hands all along. would recommend to stay here to anyone interested in learning to kite. It's really convenient, the staff is great. all you need in the same spot, really close to Singapore.

Excellent. For the traveler who likes to keep things simple and spend their time kite surfing and exploring local neighborhoods. There are swimming pools and spas and restaurants all around but just having the ocean right outside your door is what makes this place perfect for a decompression trip from the city.

Excellent location, right on the beachfront and with water activities. Jetski, kayaking, kite surfing, pedalboard as well. Staff are super nice and accomodating you can ask em anything. Bringing you to a store etc and even being your instructors for watersports. You can rent scooters from them throughout your stay. Petrol can be bought from the locals along the way in plastic bottles filled with green petrol for bikes. I would dare say its better than a typical resort. If youre looking for minimalist and a depiction of what retirement on a beach would be like its this place. Underrated through and through. Only that you need to hire a car to get here.

We just celebrated a friends 50th birthday here and it was amazing!!! Great location! Rooms, ambiance was just on point!!! Highly recommended this place and service…. Definitely going back soon ?

Rusty little resort, with 10 rooms twin share (hence the name Ten RooMS), awesome servers who they can activate any support you want with 1 call, eg, food delivery, tour operators, taxi, etc. (we got the jet skip from. Location is convenience located along the coast, the place has a bug common area for guest to dine and chill. Rooms are simple and clean. The price is extremely low. If your objective is for the various activities and like bag packer style, this is excellent
