We have a pleasant stay here for 4 days. Room was huge, and clean. Service by staff was fantastic, especially Clarra, who took the initiative to offer complimentary F&B services to us. Breakfast in hotel was good, with varieties. Overall, worth staying here.

Absolutely flawless 3-day experience! Despite my last-minute booking to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, the hospitality team at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay went above and beyond to make it truly special. Every request was perfectly executed — from being promptly informed about our room readiness to the beautiful surprise decoration that greeted us upon arrival. A special mention goes to Tesa, the Guest Relations Officer, whose exceptional service truly stood out. My spontaneous request for a bouquet was met without hesitation, adding an extra touch that made my wife incredibly happy. Riska, Iswandi, and Salma also deserve recognition for their dedication and effort in creating a perfect-10 experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the ferry terminal, making it extremely convenient. I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable celebration, and I’m already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our anniversary so special!

Affordable hotel, nice rooms, nice staff, good amenities. Stayed at Swiss Bel Harbour Bay Batam over the weekend and I am thoroughly impressed. Stated that I’ll be there for my anniversary and they delivered with a lovely message and complimentary cake. Room is huge and clean, aircon is fantastic. Location is near Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and close proximity to a convenience store. Looks like the hotel is expanding at the moment, so look out for more amenities. Recommended to stay when in Batam and I look forward to going back again.

The service of staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is at a nice area with easy access to many massage places. Just right opposite the hotel has a durian shop, hair salon and a massage parlour. It is just a 3 minute walk from the Harbour Bay Centre, great for a quick weekend getaway. Hotel has all you need. Aircon is working by well. Toilet is nicely built up. Mattress is average. Room is carpeted and looks a little old. Breakfast food is passable. Overall good to go for its location.

Went there for a short break. The hotel is located just walking distance fro the Batam Harbour Bay Terminal. Two seafood resturants nearby with nice sunset view and resonably priced. Hotel staff are attentive. Like their whatsapp check-in from time to time to look into hotel guests' needs. Special thanks to Maya who contacted me from the eve of the trip. Had a wonderful stay in the hotel.
