This hotel is very nice!!! Friendly people working here and very professional, Melania at the reception is super helpful! The rooms are clean and spacious. It’s nice to have some luxury before a flight. The pool is good and there’s a shuttle to the airport. Thank you :)

Good location for those late/early flight as it is just 6 minutes drive. The room is comfy to fit me and my friend where our flight dock Lombok late. When booking the hotel, do let them know you need shuttle from airport to the hotel. Once reach lombok airport, call the hotel and they will have the shuttle to go over for pick up. The front desk service officer is nice and assist us with all the needful.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating in helping us check in. They assisted us to check in slightly earlier as well. Very clean and nice rooms. Close to the airport. Staff Melania and Marsha was very kind and professional. Very good service and hospitality. Will recommend this hotel ✅️

A really great experience. The staff are really nice, the room is spotless. Moreover the hotel itself is really peaceful and quiet even though its close to the Eid al-Adha. And more importantly its only 5 minutes away to the Lombok International Airport. You should try this hotels next time you get to Lombok.
