An average size hotel room, no windows but it’s not a big deal and match with the price. Great location everything is in walking distance.the room is clean nice and good quality. Staff are helpful and fast working.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations – a solid five-star experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

AMAZING HOTEL The room was so clean and tidy. Lovely table for snack food that we bought from night market. Location was amazing is at central of shopping area which is very close to Ximen Metro station. That makes travel so convenient. Also the hotel is near by Taipei main station and Metro Airport line all walking distance. The staff are very polite and friendly. P.S There’s a cute guy always standing in front desk.

We stayed at SWIIO Ximen about a month ago and had a great time! There was a front desk staff named Iris during the day — she was super friendly and helpful. She shared some cool places to check out in Taipei and even reminded us it might rain later, then offered us umbrellas without us even asking. Such a nice gesture! Also, the hotel location is awesome — right in the middle of the Ximen shopping area. Totally recommend staying here!
