the location of the hotel is good, service is also great. the housekeeping will clean the room every noon. they will fold the towel into various things to suprise the guests. from the window can see encore melaka.

I went to swan garden resort, first time dining in at the 7th floor, vip area i guess with no other guests around. So, my husband conducted a small birthday surprise for me, and the whole time we were served by this guy called Fitri, his service is top notch. He never failed to attend his customers very failed, providing us everything we needed. Thank You ‘Fitri’ we tipped him tho… the food was delicious. We ordered nasi goreng udang and Chicken chop, came with mouthwatering - fruits, pudding, cake, pumpkin soup with mantou, Nasi goreng udang 4/10 Chicken chop 7/10 Soup + mantou 10/10 Cake 10/10 The Ambience is everything I love about this place. Thank you ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Swan Garden Resort Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. Everything was well taken care of, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

Hotel away from the crowded Jonker Street with seaview. The location is conveniently located near many eateries. The room was comfy. 2 pillows were provided. The bathroom was spacious, suitable for elderly. :) Parking in front of the hotel is free, on a first come first serve basis. Street parking is also available nearby. Recommended~~
