Service was extraordinary! The staffs were helpful and kind, full of smiles. The rooms was great as well and it was constantly cold (I cant handle cold that well, but it will be a + thing for someone who can) I got laundry service as well and it was great. Tried their burger and it was delicious! The only downside was my room had tiny cockroaches in the bathroom, the living room and the wardrobe. Resolved pretty quickly by their housekeeping!(very speedy and friendly service) however there were still 2 cockroaches seen. I would recommend this hotel to someone but do please exterminate the cockroach?

The hotel has really nice facilities, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the location is great. Oh, and the breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. I had a good time at Surabaya Suites Hotel, and I will definitely stay there again! Terima kasih banyak ❤️

Check-in was a bit confusing for me as the receptionist was a bit difficult for me to understand. She tried her best in English but it was a bit lost in translation. Room (709) was very good sized. Do not like the carpeted floors as they are less hygienic. Bathroom was a bit cramped for the size of the room. Bed was comfortable. The closet had a light that would not turn off because the doors didn't close properly to switch the light off. Wi-Fi was average but the smart TV work well. There is free water in the hallway bit they did not refill the tanks often enough. Spa was closed due to the holidays. Overall the facilities are getting dated. By far the best aspect of this hotel is it's location.

Very good home atmosphere to stay., especially the receptionist, miss.tirtha n sindy very friendly. Intelligent choice has stayed a long time here, also bufet breakfast is very much a choice. All of this 10/10
