Great new room at the center of benhil. Kinda new building with no mirror at the unit, but spacious room for a nite or two.

The room and surrounding are clean, good service, and strategic location near GBK and Senayan Park. Worth it low budget hotel

I stayed at this inn for 4 days and 3 nights. Staying here is a very pleasant experience because in terms of price it is quite affordable (Rp. 220,000/night), with very adequate service and facilities. 1. Employees: friendly guards, willing to help carry suitcases up to the top floor, towels are washed every day. 2. Room: - the room is spacious, for those who bring a lot of luggage/things you don't need to worry - there is a smart TV so you can watch Netflix and YouTube - there are some power plugs in every corner - the windows are large so we get natural light in very sufficient amount - there is a large wardrobe - the bathroom has a water heater. 3. Kitchen: - the shared kitchen is clean - there is a refrigerator - but there is no electric dispenser (only a manual pump dispenser). 4. Environment: - quiet, safe - There are warteg, stalls, coffee shops around the inn.

I stayed here only 1 night due to business. Very good location, close to the Hotel I need to attend the event. The room is spacious and clean, queen bed, bathroom with shower & water heater, TV with netflix, spotify and more. There are no amenities for this property so you need to bring your own like shampoo, soap etc but they give you 2 bath towels. It would be better if the owner did some service for the AC. I booked from Agoda and the rate didn't match the property, so they charge extra but they will give you a receipt if you ask for it. So overall, this property is worth if you need to casual stay and short term with low budget.
