The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also clean and we had good sunset view from the bedroom, Location also strategic near the minimarket. There is car parking which is nice. There is free dispenser for water you can refill in front of your bedroom/near the elevator (its good because i always bring my tumblr everywhere to avoid buying plastic bottle water) breakfast is buffet, is okay but could be better. Pool also good to relax and chill.

Super friendly staff and good rooms in the center of Mataram, especially considering the price. Everything is close by. Breakfast is also very good. If you are staying in Mataram, I definitely recommend this hotel.
