Great location. Good facilities. Room is pretty standard. Strange layout with the wardrobe mirror facing the bed (fine if that's your kink, but Chinese feng shui usually advised against that). Housekeeping is late after 1pm but does a good clean up. Fridge doesn't seem to be working so check the fridge before buying any perishable food. Nothing much on the TV channels (to my interests although there are 6 movie). (guess people seldom watch this anyway).

At first, I thought, a hotel connected to a mall?... I wasn't sure what to expect. But truthfully, I don't have enough words to describe what a lovely time we had, when were were there in early Feb. The food court in the mall was especially helpful to us when we arrived the first night and were tired and hungry. The room was cozy and comfortable, the snacks were delicious, the bathroom was modern and had all the features we needed to feel refreshed. The next morning, when we went down to breakfast, it was a revelation; unlike anything I have experienced in the US. The choices and variety of foods were abundant and everything skillfully prepared. And then there was the tea; Malaysian tea from the Cameron Highlands... my new favorite. But beyond all that, the staff was amazing...so helpful and accommodating...they redefined for me, what excellent customer service is. Special mention to Mr. Fazraf Sher, who secured for us a last minute reservation at KL Tower for dinner and had so many wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to visit. Also, Ms. Stella Lee, who went out of her way to make certain that our dining experience was delicious and unforgettable. Lastly, the hotel smells beautiful. I am hyper-sensitive to strong smells which can easily trigger a migraine, but the common areas had a crisp and refreshing smell that was inviting and comforting from the first moment I walked into the lobby. Thank you for a wonderful time! I look forward to my next visit and have told all of my family and friends about Sunway Velocity.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunway Velocity Hotel. The location is unbeatable—direct access to F&B outlets, a supermarket, and everything you might need, right at your doorstep. Breakfast was great too, with a decent variety and fresh options. But what truly made the experience memorable was the staff. They were incredibly laidback and helpful. Any request or change I needed, they responded with a calm and sincere “OK” and just got it done—no fuss, no stress. That kind of ease and responsiveness is exactly what hospitality should feel like. Thank you, Sunway Velocity team, for making my stay so comfortable. I’ll definitely be back.

Good location and next to shopping mall easy excess to have some meals in the mall.Rooms is clean a spacious. The staffs is friendly and courteous at the front desk and the room attendants as well.The GYM and Swimming pool is nice as you see some part of the city. Overall was a good Hotel. Enjoyed my stay
