I recently attended an event at Sunway Resort Hotel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The venue was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect setting for a formal function. The event was very well-organized, and the hotel staff were incredibly professional and attentive throughout. The hospitality was outstanding — from the warm greetings to the efficient service of drinks and refreshments. The ambiance of the event space was classy yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches like stylish lighting and a well-laid-out seating area. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, Sunway Resort Hotel exceeded expectations with their function event service. Highly recommended for anyone planning or attending events in the area!

This was my first time staying at Sunway Resort during a 3-night business trip (Corporate deal), and I have to say, I was impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. The room was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—so much variety, fresh options, and everything tasted great. I also had a few business meetings in the lobby restaurant, and it turned out to be a great spot. The atmosphere was calm and professional, the service was excellent, and the food and drinks were just right. Another big plus is the location, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Hotel and the shopping mall, which made it really convenient for grabbing a quick bite or picking up essentials. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable stay and I’d definitely come back again.

Absolutely amazing place! We loved our stay and Kasthuri made us feel like part of the family. Buffet breakfast had huge variety, pool was relaxing with plenty of seating and afternoon cocktails was fantastic. The room was huge and it was attached to a mall so great shopping as well. Would definitely stay again!

Had a fantastic family stay at Sunway Resort Hotel! We stayed in the Waterventure Terrace Room, which offered direct access to the Waterventure waterpark , perfect for a fun and relaxing family getaway. Started the day with a classy breakfast at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, and ended the night with their seafood buffet — fresh, flavourful, and truly satisfying! The room was spacious and kid-friendly, and the whole experience felt luxurious yet comfortable. Definitely a staycation to remember!
