The room is spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent—convenient for getting around and close to everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the plumbing was an issue. By the third day, I couldn’t properly use my toilet, and the staff blamed me for clogging it, even though I only used the toilet paper they provided—minus one star for the service. I also requested a smoking room and was charged a RM100 deposit. Hopefully, they’ll fix the plumbing, but overall, I still had a good stay and would return for the location and comfort.

A Pleasant Surprise – Feels Like a 3-Star Stay! This is my fifth time staying at this hotel — and I’ve already planned my sixth! The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, and the location is unbeatable — surrounded by a wide variety of delicious local food just steps away. Although it’s rated as a 2-star hotel on Google, it truly feels like a comfortable and well-managed 3-star experience. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for both first-time and returning guests!

This is a great hotel for the price. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The location is good. We stayed here for 6 nights and will definitely stay here again.
