Went there for a night because have an appointment nearby. The room was great! Comfy bed and fluffy pillow. The gym and the swimming pool also included in the prices. The staff is available 24/7 to help you with any questions with just a phone call and Abu especially helped made the checking out process easier and smooth. 5/5 stars recommended!

Best apartment Hotels especially for family as they have all imaginable amenities and you can cook your own food. Best host who supported us on time even during early morning 5 am check-In. Has great city view too. Very close to Petronas towers.

Our stay at Mercu Summer Suite was simply awesome! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained — just like the photos. The view was stunning, and the amenities provided made us feel right at home. Location-wise, it’s super convenient with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Stayed here with Implexia and the stay for 2 nights was pleasant. However it is more like an AirBnB vibe as some cabinets appeared to be locked and filled with the owners stuff. It was also not properly clean ? the apartment was big and bed was comfy. Service was good and location was great. There was no view as it was blocked by other buildings. For a few nights it’s fine.
