The room was appealing until you looked close enough to find ants everywhere. No cable tv. But staff was super friendly and helpful

Facilities average but services and hospitality are very good. The staff there went extra miles to purchase medicines for my son when he was having fever. Really appreciate their efforts. Will go to the same hotel for my next vacation in Ho Chi Minh.
