Saya Pesan Hotel lewat aplikasi Reddoorz, saat check in saya diminta uang senilai 100 ribu oleh staff yang namanya junaedi dengan alasan uang pembersihan kamar. Saat check out barang saya tertinggal, saat saya konfirmasi kembali infonya barangnya sdh dibuang ke tong sampah oleh petugasnya. ??? Luar biasa pelayanannya

pernah booking dr apk ag*da salah satu hotel, terus di maps mengarahkan kesini, begitu konfirmasi bukti pembayaran ke resepsionisnya main di iyain aja, baru dichat lagi setelah sehari kemudian di jam seharusnya saya checkout. Disitu rupanya kita salah hotel, pantes ngga sesuai dgn gambar yg ada di aplikasi, rupanya salah lokasi dan tidak ada konfirmasi dari pihak resepsionis sebelumnya, padahal dari awal kita sudah menanyakan apakah betul disini nama hotel yang dimaksud pada bukti pembayaran, rupanya hanya di iyakan saja dan tidak dicek oleh pihak tsb.
Dengan meningginya pihak resepsionis bilang “tidak tahu data booking samasekali, karena tidak punya aplikasinya, kita hanya orang yang dipercaya bukan owner hotel ini, jadi tidak usah bertele tele kakanya mau bayar atau tidak”
pada akhirnya kita bayar 200k karena mau gamau sudah terhitung 1 hari tanpa konfirmasi apapun dari pihak hotel. dan hotel sebelah yg sudah kita booking pun hangus sehari.

I once booked from the apk at one of the hotels, then the maps directed me here, once I confirmed the proof of payment at the receptionist I just said yes, then chatted again a day later at the time I was supposed to check out. There apparently we were at the wrong hotel, apparently it didn't match the picture in the application, apparently it was the wrong location and there was no confirmation from the receptionist beforehand, even though from the start we had asked whether the name of the hotel referred to on the proof of payment was correct, apparently we only said yes and weren't checked by that party.
The receptionist said in a high voice, "I don't know the booking data at all, because we don't have the application, we are just people who are trusted, not the owner of this hotel, so there's no need to beat around the bush about whether we want to pay or not."
In the end we paid 200k because like it or not, it had already been calculated for 1 day without any confirmation from the hotel. and the hotel next door that we had booked was forfeited for a day.
