The hotel manager is extremely nice and always willing to help. Everything is great except for the rooms on the ground floor — those don’t really have windows, but if you book the rooms on the higher floors everything will be okay. The location is also quite good though

I'm writing this review in the hopes of saving others some money. We lost over $300 by booking a stay in this "hotel" on booking.com. Let me first state that this "hotel" which is listed as an 8.3 rating on booking.com is nothing of the sort. It's not even a hotel but rather an apartment complex. I would give the rating a sub-2.0 rating but not an 8.3. For starters, there is NO LOBBY. The lobby is rented out to another business and is closed to the "hotel" customers. So you have to enter the building by going down a concrete ramp to the basement and then take the elevator up. When you leave you have to walk up this same ramp every day. There is also no staff on site. There is a number you have to call when you get there. The toilet in the room was 6 inches from the wall so you couldn't even sit down properly to use the toilet, you had to turn sideways. There was a crack in the ceiling and I saw a lizard run into it. The bed is just a wooden box with a rock-hard mattress that lays on top. I mean ROCK hard, with no bounce. The pictures used in the booking.com listing are all false representations of what you will actually get. I don't know where those rooms are, but they weren't our room, not even close. Stay far away from this "hotel" or "apartment" or whatever it wants to call itself. We stayed the first night and lost 16 additional nights because it was so awful. The owner of the property, by phone, bragged that he has "lots of experience" dealing with upset booking.com customers. Also, since this was a "partner" booking, booking.com was of zero use helping us resolve the situation. Both Spring Hill Apartments and Booking.com should be ashamed of themselves for misleading people in such an obvious manner. Avoid at all costs!

Our family recently spent three nights at this hotel, and unfortunately, our stay was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, we were met with an unexpected absence of a receptionist. We were instead instructed to contact the hotel via WhatsApp, which felt somewhat impersonal and inconvenient.

The room itself left much to be desired. It was noticeably aged, with a cramped layout that felt smaller than expected. Furthermore, the room was permeated with a lingering cigarette odor, which was quite unpleasant.

The entrance to the basement, where parking was located, presented a significant safety concern. The incline was steep and posed a serious slipping hazard, particularly during rainy weather. To further compound the issue, the basement itself was densely packed with motorcycles, creating a cramped and chaotic environment.

Old room with torn curtains, overall shabby. The entrance thru the basement is dangerous, slippery if any rain. Absolutely no one available on-site in case you need any help. Better spend 200k more and get yourself a decent mid-range hotel.

The apartment has no reception, you will deal with the owner via chat and the housekeeper. The first room booked had a leak in AC dripping water so I requested a switch in rooms. The second room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable mattress on bed. There is a window and balcony, but when you look out the window or balcony it is just the building to view. Not very nice location either. I guess it's okay for the money.
