The hotel located in a strategic place. Al located in front of the best mall in Batam. The room is small, but it's okay. The air conditioner is really cold. The hot water is in the right degrees, it's not really hot like others. They provide slipper and also hanger for clothes. For this kind of rate, this hotel is really nice.

For the price we pay, definitely u can't compare with 4 stars or 5 stars hotel. This is worth staying for the price. Very gd location. U will need access card to go up to yr hotel (felt safe) Room even provide toothbrushes & towels. Very cheap n gd location overall

The room itself was alright, even if it was a bit cramped it still had lots of workarounds. The location itself was strategic, so you could go to other commercial areas (mostly malls and stores). Not only that, your rooms are also cleaned (mostly when you ask them), therefore alleviating privacy and cleanliness while being mostly quiet. Quite comfortable.
