Great location and efficient service. The pool was also nice and clean. Rooms cleanliness could’ve been better, and the bathroom we had definitely needed a bit of renovation. Decent value for money though.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in the 3 bedroom apartment. Surprisingly quiet. THE most comfortable beds on the planet! And good blockout blinds AND curtains. For anyone thinking of booking the 3br, a couple of things to be aware of: - 2 bathrooms does not mean 2 toilets. There is a seperate toilet with sink, a bathroom with sink and shower, and a bathroom with shower, sink and washer/dryer. - its on the top floor and there isn’t a lift. And when coming from the basement carpark, that’s a lot of stairs to carry heavy luggage up, depending on your health and abilities. No bedside lamps was a little inconvenient. And the fact there wasn’t any dishwasher detergent or tablets was a little annoying. Hand washing dishes on holidays is never fun! Great value for money. We will definitely stay there again!

I had surgery while staying here for 2 weeks Oct 11th 2024, I was on strong pain medication during my recovery and at one point I struggled to leave the laundry room as I became very light headed and felt I was going to faint, I called reception and a lovely lady came down to help me back to my room. A few hours after my surgery I needed to pickup my medication but I couldn’t walk there myself as I was in a lot of pain and could hardly walk without needing a hand, I called reception and a older lady offered to walk with me to the nearby chemist after her shift to make sure I didn’t fall or faint. So grateful for both these women who helped me as I would have never been able to do that on my own. I’ve have now fully recovered however this was the best service I’ve ever had and I’m truly so so grateful!! Would highly recommend this place, rooms are well equipped, staff are so wonderful!! Thank you both again❤️

I've been staying at Southport Motel and Apartments regularly for the past year, and I can't recommend it enough! Jane, Jamie and team have been absolutely amazing—always friendly, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I have a comfortable stay. The service is always top-notch, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and homey. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable place to stay in Southport, this is the one!
