Due to flight cancellations caused by the cyclone, I found myself needing a last-minute overnight stay. Song Hotel was a fantastic find. From the moment I called, the reception staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. This level of service continued in person, making me feel instantly welcome. The hotel's modern decor and soothing color scheme created a relaxing atmosphere, and the room itself was excellent, with all the necessary amenities. The balcony was a delightful bonus, providing fresh air and a nice view. The room service menu was extensive and catered well to diverse tastes. The hotel's location is also a major plus, offering easy access to public transport and popular attractions. I highly recommend Song Hotel and will certainly be saving it as a favorite."

The Hotel is good value for money. The 24 hour parking was conveniently located and very reasonably priced due to the hotel negotiating a deal for their customers. The Micro Queen room was spotless, just a bit small , but functional. Very good customer service and staff were very friendly. Small criticism, the checking monitor at reception is not very stable, bounces when entering the information, not good on the eyes. Definitely would stay there again.

Very affordable without missing out on anything. The staff were very friendly, the room was beautiful and had everything you needed. Location was prime and only a quick walk to the CBD. Only downfall was the buffet breakfast in the morning. Not many options and it was crazy busy and hard to find a spot to sit. However, it still did fill you up and did not downplay all of the positives. Bargain and would stay again!!

We had our first stay here last night, definitely will be back. Very enjoyable. Our deluxe king room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Had our dinner at the restaurant, very nice, reasonable prices. The included English breakfast was great.

Nice clean place next to Hyde Park with good train access so no worries from the airport. You can walk everywhere from here. The small rooms are fine, especially a single guy. Mattress are a perfect firmness. Things were so pleasant I decided to stay another couple days. Kizza and Patricia were especially helpful and are great assets for what the hotel is trying to do
