The location is absolutely perfect, it is literally connected to Asok station and Terminal 21 via sky bridge. The room was clean and modern, but did not provide value for the money; there wasn't even a desk. Service was also not to the standard of the other Thai hotels I've stayed in for much lower prices. Breakfast was good, but limited for vegetarians - you can select from 4 options; Thai, American, Japanese, or Vegetarian. Overall, the location is what sold me on it and I would stay here again if I used points or got a good deal. Value is better at other hotels.

Loved the fact that the air con control panel was actually working properly and we could change it to just fan mode. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a universal plughead at the bedside and 2 usb type A ports at both sides of the bed, so there is no need to bring travel adapter. Water pressure is strong. There is no bathtub, just a walk-in shower. Lifts were also relatively fast. Location is top notch. Directly linked to Asok BTS and Terminal 21. Sukhumvit MRT is below and completely sheltered.

I recently stayed at Solaria Nishitetsu Bangkok and had such a fantastic experience that I’m giving it a solid 5 stars across the board. A day before my trip, I encountered a hiccup — my original booking through Agoda was unexpectedly cancelled. It was quite stressful, but the hotel’s reservation team was amazing. They answered my call promptly, helped me rebook the room over the phone, and even followed up with a confirmation email so I could travel with peace of mind. That kind of responsive and reassuring service really stood out to me. Upon arrival, everything was smooth and efficient — from check-in to the overall stay. All the staff spoke fluent English, were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel felt very welcoming, with a calm and peaceful vibe despite being right in the heart of Asok. The location is excellent — close to transport, food, and shopping, yet the rooms remained quiet and relaxing. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the amenities were well-stocked and high quality. I also appreciated the modern yet cozy interior of the hotel — stylish, but still very comfortable to unwind in after a day out in Bangkok. And of course, I have to mention one of my favorite parts — I couldn’t resist buying their adorable bear merchandise at the hotel. It’s such a unique and charming touch, and now I have a little reminder of this lovely trip to take home with me! Thank you to the whole team at Solaria Nishitetsu Bangkok for making my stay so enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and service-oriented hotel in Bangkok. I’ll definitely be back again!

Happy and satisfied with my recent stay. This hotel located in a very strategic location in which connecting to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. Right in front of terminal 21 shopping mall too. Easy accessible and convenient. Hotel staff also very helpful and polite. Recommended to traveler who wish to travel with public transport. Definitely my choice in my next trip to BKK.

Great hotel for the price and location. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. However, for some reason, the housekeeping person could never get the order right, asked for a sewing kit three times but always came with a shaving kit. Asked for 4 towels but only 2 came. Also, housekeeping ladies were chatting very loudly in the hallway in the morning which disturbed our sleep. But it was all good, we enjoyed the stay and will come again.
