Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel Street Keo Chanda, Phnom Penh 12110, Cambodia
The Sojha Phnom Penh Hotel has outstanding views of the water and a magnificent night view. The food is better than average. However, the beds are a little too firm for my liking. There is a pool and workout facility, but I did not have the opportunity to explore then. Make sure you try the restaurant on the 19th floor. The food was amazing!
Great location. For reference, I stayed 11 nights in their executive suite Rm 1600. John (light skinned Khmer front desk person with excellent English) was extremely helpful. Kitchen staff is gross. I saw one blow their nose and scratch their back then going back to cooking, but it’s more sanitary than eating the street food. Do NOT believe in the “A Grade” on the wall. Spa area is completely outdated. Location is the best in the city.
This hotel brand is one of the better ones in Cambodia. The rooms are clean, they have western toilets and the customer service there is very very good. The folks there have been friendly and accommodating from the moment we got there. Breakfast buffet was included with our stay and there was a good variety of food. Plenty of pastries and the chocolate croissant along with their scalloped were pretty good. Even their oriental offerings weren’t bad at all. Overall it’s a good hotel and I think our family enjoyed their stay here too so I would recommend this place for sure. If you’re heading to Siem Reap, I would recommend you stay at the Sokha hotel that’s with the convention center, it’s more similar to this place compared to the other one called Sokha Palace Hotel as that one looks a bit more dated.

Facilities: The hotel boasts an expansive swimming pool, which many guests describe as the largest they’ve encountered. Additional amenities include a well-equipped fitness center, spa services, and multiple dining options offering a range of Khmer, Asian, and Western cuisines. The rooftop bar is a favored spot for enjoying sunsets over the city. Service: Reviews often commend the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, highlighting their willingness to assist with transportation and local recommendations. The hotel’s shuttle service and proximity to a ferry crossing make accessing the city center convenient. Ambiance: The hotel’s design harmoniously blends modern luxury with traditional Cambodian elements, creating a serene environment. Its location across the river offers a peaceful atmosphere, allowing guests to relax away from the city’s hustle and bustle.
The conference place is huge enough for meeting and exhibition. The foods, snacks and coffee are great. The surrounding views was really nice and very great atmosphere. However, the light and the projector for slide presentation is not really good enough but acceptable.
