Good services and great hospitality from staffs. Facilities of rooms in block B are newer, well-organized than block A. However some rooms have old air-conditioner

I’m very thankful to the team at Green Riverside Hotel & Apartment for helping me send my forgotten item to Da Nang, where my friends were staying. I truly appreciate the extra effort—it really made a difference! Also grateful that they kindly accommodated our room-related requests, including moving us to a lower-floor unit and assigning a room that better suited our preferences. The huge TV was a lovely bonus and made our stay more enjoyable. It’s a good transit hotel, and there’s a very nice eating place just steps away that serves delicious local food. One suggestion: it would be really helpful if the hotel could be listed on the Grab app. We initially went to a different hotel (Green River Hotel) by mistake, which caused some delay and confusion. Thanks again for your kind assistance!

The service is absolutely something needs to be improved but overall this place is affordable, it’s in a really nice location not too far from the airport although quite far from the downtown area. The staff was nice even though there were some mistakes in the beginning like the falling curtains that I have to asked twice to get it fixed. Conclusion 4.5/5 ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED FOR FOREIGNERS AND LOCALS. Can be booked through Agoda. Has many options and the room is spacious, clean. The showers are clean and new. Has every amenities needed if you stay for a longer period of time like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, clean towels, electric kettle, hair blower, hangers for your clothes and with everything on your bed can be changed, just have to make sure you talk to them before going out for the day.
