We booked for the studio room due the spacious and the room got free netflix for us to stream. However the room is given to another person. I am truly understand this were budget hotel. But the room that we book is prior earlier from the day we arrive to the hotel. However the room of studio were given to another person instead us the one who booked it earlier.

The communication within the staff is nightmare. Like they literally didnt take note with the compensation that they gave to us. The compensation that they gave to us is ridiculous and doesnt make any sense with the price of our room. They gave family room which is idk why we need that room while we just got 2 person and then late check out.

Bear in mind they also mentioned that the family room is new however the blanket or comforter it seems got bed bug issue.
