The staff is friendly and it’s not hard to communicate with them as they mostly speak in english (and malay). The provide free welcome drinks at the hotel lobby for you to get some refreshments.

The room is on the older style side, yet well-maintained and clean. Staffs are helpful and friendly with ability to handle English well. Hair dryer is available upon request (kindly request from front desk). The location is in the middle of the town, plus easy to walk to ร้านนายยาว which is one of the famous porridge shop Chinese style run by several seniors (open towards night time). Parking available. Overall one of great place to stay when come to Hat Yai, and good value for money with comfortable stay.
