Very welcoming and clean hotel in the middle of the old city of Hanoi. Stayed here for one night and they helped us book our tour to the Ha Giang loop which was one of the best experiences ever. Then we came back for 2 nights at the hotel and again had amazing service by the staff. Everyone was super friendly and really accommodating. 100% recommended to stay here while in Hanoi!

Alice the host at the hotel is absolutely exceptional! Super friendly and helped me with everything from the moment I arrived. Rooms are OK, nothing flash but OK for the price. Would stay here again!
