Stayed there for 3 nights with family. Quite surprised with the size of the family room. It has 2 king sized beds,2 bean bags. The room was super clean and the toilet too. But the toilet has bad smell. Must be the problem comes from the drainage system. That was the only downside. Parking is available to guests. Overall the hotel is a good place to stay when you are in Hat Yai.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights and all the staff are very friendly and polite even though some of them don't know how to speak English they are really good at trying to help. Feel safe to park in the basement as the parking entrance is at the front and has stairs near the motorcycle parking. Very clean and tidy and also has a large and comfortable lounge. Dont have any near halal food shop but feel very safe in that area because that's i already booked the place for the second time??

I stayed at Siam Mansion for 4 days and 3 nights during my Hatyai trip and booked the triplet room—it came with 1 large queen bed (fits up to 3 adults!) and 1 single bed. The room was super spacious, and the aircond worked perfectly fine—so cold, just how I like it! ❄️? Only downside? No iron provided, so we had to buy one. Also, Malaysians, take note! ??? Thailand’s plug is different from ours, so be sure to bring an adapter. As for the location, it's spot on! ? Just 900m walking distance to Lee Garden, and we found it super convenient to get around using Maxim. My friends and I had an amazing stay—would definitely book again! ✨

What a wonderful stay! Staff were so nice and reply very quickly on Agoda The common area is really nice and the room was so spacious (I swear I could fit 10 people in the room) and clean, and the soaps were of good quality! It's a little bit far from the main city area, but very affordable even at their original price I got a free upgrade because the dorm rooms had some issues, never been happier Cheers & thanks for the stay! @whereyiugoing

An amazing hotel in Hat Yai. We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was clean and very spacious, bedsheets were sparkling white, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. The location is good, about 15 mins to Lee Gardens.
