Our family had a pleasant stay at this hotel while traveling with three small children. The location is excellent, just next to Tokyo Tower, making it convenient for accessing public transport and taxis. There are several supermarkets nearby, which is quite helpful for purchasing necessities. While the size of the hotel room was not very large, the kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and we appreciated the variety of library collections available on different floors. The management of the hotel stood out; it is one of the best-managed hotels I've experienced in recent years. Breakfast was impressive, and as a coffee enthusiast, I was pleased to find high-quality coffee available. It was evident that all the food was thoughtfully selected. The staff was also accommodating and offered assistance considering we were traveling with children. Prior to my stay I asked them to keep my luggage as I was planning to travel to Osaka, and they accepted my request , and later I left my luggage again to them because my flight was at night, and they help keeped until we come and collect it before my flight. Overall, we had a lovely time at this hotel and would recommend it to families visiting the area.
Stayed here back in November of 2024. Very nice hotel in a pretty quiet area. Train, Subway, and Metro stations all within a roughly 5-7 minute walk, depending on what station/line you need to get to. Coming from the US, I was expecting small rooms, but these rooms had just enough space for me as a single person in the room. I will say I wish the rooms had drawers for clothes, as there really are no drawers you can use for clothes, at least in the standard room. I had to put my suitcase on the bench in the room, but not really that big of a problem. My parents in a separate room certainly had less space for everything than I did. A proper western King sized bed was very nice to have, and also extremely comfortable. Several different pillow options as well on the bed, which was very nice. I actually brought my own pillow from home just in case, and I don't think I used it at all during my stay. Bathroom was nice, certainly a little small, but had everything you needed, and the water pressure was excellent. As someone who is 6'-1" (185cm), the ceiling is certainly a little low when standing in the shower, so if you're tall, be careful when getting in. Had both the breakfast buffet one day, as well as Afternoon Tea in the restaurant. Both were very good, although I don't know if I would do the breakfast buffet again, only because a couple of items from the local konbini did the trick for a lot less money. The wine and beer machines in the lobby were excellent in quality as well, with the lobby and lounge area having very comfortable seating options. I will certainly be back to stay here in the future whenever I am in Tokyo as the location and price just can't be beat.
Absolutely perfect stay! Staff were very welcoming, and I really enjoyed the book theme of the hotel. The room was very comfy, and the bathroom had everything you needed. Perfect location, easy to get on to the trains needed and the surrounding area has a lovely peacefulness - in contrast to the other very busy areas of Tokyo. My one comment would be the restaurant. I only ever used it once, simply because it seemed very expensive. And the food was nice, but still very expensive. But the stay itself, I cannot complain. Outstanding!
I had a great stay at Shiba Park Hotel. The room was very clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, making the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, plenty of options and high-quality ingredients. The hotel is also conveniently located near several train stations, which made getting around easy. Highly recommend for comfort, service, and location!
We had a fantastic time at Shiba Park Hotel. The library concept is brilliant. I wish I would have had more time to explore all the floors and books they have. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, plus fresh breads and drinks—a great way to start the day . The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with check-in, recommendations, and more. In short, a stylish, welcoming stay in a peaceful location—not far from key Tokyo attractions. Highly recommended!
